This demonstration specifically covers identifying communication styles and personalities as sources of conflict between club members and practicing facilitating constructive communication, and coaching parties involved how to communicate effectively.

This animated video shows the learner getting into an argument with a fellow member over how they should approach the team’s project and finding out from other club members that his member is now misrepresenting the learner’s argument as a personal vendetta against them. 

The demonstration walks the learner through each step of the conflict resolution process and demonstrates how these steps can be performed in a single meeting/communication/dialogue.
