I hold a B.S. in Human Capital Development and an M.A. in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, supported by certifications including SHRM‑CP, CPTP, CPHR®, CCBP®, CLDP®, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I’m proficient in Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Canva, Mindsmith AI, iSpring Suite, and We Are Learning, and have designed learning solutions that consistently achieve strong evaluation results and measurable performance improvements.
